What are check-in and check-out times?

Check in is from 3pm and check out at 12pm – however if you would like either an early check in or late check out, this will be available subject to availability. Please contact us directly on enquiries@chester.hotelindigo.com.

Do Hotel Indigo Chester have free Wi-Fi?

Is Hotel Indigo Chester Pet Friendly?

We do not allow pets at the hotel, however we can accommodate service dogs.

Does Hotel Indigo Chester have parking at the hotel?

Do you offer cots/extra beds?

We have cots available at the hotel which are complimentary. We can also offer extra beds for children. Additional adults in a room can be accommodated in some of our superior rooms, a £50.00 3rd person charge is applicable. Please contact us directly to arrange.

Do I need to book a table at The Forge?

The Forge is a very popular restaurant in Chester and can often be fully booked, so we strongly advise pre-booking if you’d like to dine at The Forge. Visit The Forge website to book a table.

What time is breakfast and how much does it cost?

Breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10.30am. If not already included in your rate, will be £15 if booked in advance or £20 if booked on the day and served in The Forge.

Children Under 4 are free
Children under 12 are £10
